8th Avenue Tree Farm 
 
As of August 1, 2005 we have all the necessary permits to convert three blocks of 8th Ave. (between 35th and 38th) into a Christmas Tree Farm.
 
All we need now is the money to begin this unprecedented transformation of our once great city into a once-again great city.

Greenwich Village Farm Project 
 
We want to put the Green back in Greenwich Village.  Our plan is to dig up University place from Union Square to Washington Square and replace the pavement with hardy winter wheat, corn and tomatoes, thus taking full advantage of New York's rather short growing season.
